We are creating a new Ministry of Culture for the planet, one that is mycellial and irrigates like underground streams, purifying and sprouting New life. We are a collective that works inter-dimensionally, intra-Galactically to restore Balance and integration of the Sacred in every dimensional fractal of the Matrix. We know and remember a state of co-existent Life where the Sacred is woven back into the civic fabric by integrating and harmonizing each ray of humanity: 1) Political, Law, Governance 2) Economy, Money, Perceptions of Wealth 3) Healthcare, Civic Services 4) Sciences & Education, Disciplined Thought 5) Arts, Culture, Exploration, Adventure 6) Community, Ritual, Ceremony, Unity 7) Spirit, Soul Speak, Divinity
We work largely behind the veil, transmuting and alchemizing our collective shadows and purifying them to their innate essence — in order to stay protected. Many of us have done this invisible work for decades, often alone and underground, out of the spotlight of public sphere of human recognition and appreciation. We have chosen a path of non-violence and of holding Equilibrium — out of the state of duality of Good or Bad, but into a higher ethics that is rooted in Divine Will. Through the surrendering act of purification and letting go, we are able to access the Higher Mind of grace and quantum instantaneous manifestation. In the column of Light, all dimensions collapse into a single dot — the still point and polarity to all of creation, the point of emptiness within every form, every 3D space. To return to the stillness of emptiness is the true refuge.
We are first and foremost a community of shared values and practice. We support one another in our unique evolutionary path with deep compassion and resonance, serving as wayfinders and guides along each others journey. We share our Pearls of our inner and outer pilgrimages, only to find them as fractal lenses of the same jewel. We return again and again to Unity and the one human Soul of which we are each of fractal soul part. This is our practice ultimately — to return to this recognition and remembering over and over — and give and receive from this place of inner Truth and knowing.
The practice is honing and becoming a Crystal — crystalline in our body, mind, spirit — the pristine awareness that pierces through the illusion and turns everything into Gold. Nothing is fragmented or separate, but rather we become the Unity field of everything and nothing. We do this by alchemizing these energies first within every fractal of Relationship: first within our own organismic dimensional bodies, then within the fractal Noosphere of our family constellations, friendships, communities, cities, states, countries, planets, and finally with our Galactic family and relations. We hone our energies towards cultivating crystalline sacred space of divine refuge, sacred diplomacy, co-creative participation & quantum state shifts to occur naturally connected to the primordial frequencies. We believe in the power of the one Mind to create and uncreate anything within a paradigm of the infinite vs. finite Game of Life.

In this transition and period of change, we cannot work alone. The nature of our work is becoming more intra-dependent and omni-inclusive. Like-minded practitioners are finding one another and forming “Circle” of practice that help create a deeper sense of share culture, new language and deeper meaning and sense of belonging. We want to help weave and organize these Circles, making connections between practitioners working towards the same mission so that we can join hands and be more powerful together.
Circles are composed of small cohorts of triads (3 person group minimums) and can be up to 22 people per circle. If the circle surpasses 22 people, we invite them to break into multiple circles and form a “Guild”, inspired by the Free Masons and the guilds in the film industry that protected creatives and created deep bonds of loyalty and stability.
We curate at the highest levels of discernment and frequency at each level. Often we might suggest a Circle that would feel aligned, or if a practitioner feels strongly to join a Circle, they can apply to join an existing Circle or form a new Circle. Functioning as fractal parts of a larger whole, each circle has their own specific set of Virtues and common values to the whole Collective.
Circles are self-organizing cohorts who share a common passion and frequency of virtue. There is a rotating ‘Host” for their gathering and organizing, all attuned to the synchronicities and best alignment of the whole. Each Circle typically will have a regular meeting time that they all agree on, a shared mission and objectives, a rotating Host and Scribe, as well as agreed upon ritual protocols.
Each Circle can decide on their common mission and questions, creating a Circle Brief that would be shared publicly for others who feel resonance.

As we sense-make together, it is vital to intentionally create opportunities for objective reflection, council and support inter-dimensionally. Similar to a Board function for an organization, the Councils are the advisory function of a Collective. The primary difference between a Circle vs. Council is that Councils can include entire networks, communities and even cities and country governments rather than an individual. The power of the “network of networks” is more powerful than ever, and needs to be grounded in shared ritual, culture and commitment to service — otherwise the power cannot be harnessed and directed.

The Councils can be organized based on different curation focal points — from generational wisdom (ex: an Elder Council above 70s) to topic-based wisdom (ex: Regenerative Design) to specific Lineage wisdom (ex: Vajrayana Tibetan Buddhism). We are deeply curious and excited by the different lenses that often provide the richest insight and diversity. We curate at the highest levels of discernment and frequency at each level. Just like the Circles, each Council functions as fractal parts of a larger whole, each circle has their own specific set of Virtues and common values to the whole Collective.
The size of Councils can vary and scale up as needed, but we recommend that the minimum size of a Council is 5 people to maintain enough diversity and tensegrity in its design, and we recommend a council doesn’t get larger than 55 people to maintain the integrity and intimacy of the group.
As the Councils grow, our vision is to bring this to a Civic level of alliance-building. We believe in the power of city mayors prototyping new ecologies of Ritual at all scales. Cities are quickly becoming the new cultural frontier, where capacity to collaborate and weave the new into the old is the currency for success. We have already partnered across 40 major cities, consulting and aligning with their Ministry of Culture and Innovation — with the vision of forming a new Global Ministry of Culture that can help be a council to many more cities and countries that are ready to leap into the new future.
These Councils are non-hierarchical and also follow a similar design pattern as the Circles, that allow them to be self-organizing and highly dynamic with rotating leadership.
